These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrepCatapult service (the "Service") provided by Jardine Consulting Group Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore ("PrepCatapult", "Jardine Consulting Group", "we", "us" and "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms, including any policies incorporated by reference (such as our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 17.

2. No affiliation; third-party marks; fictional content
PrepCatapult is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Boston Consulting Group ("BCG") or any other consulting firm. "BCG", "Casey" and other names or marks referred to are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive (nominative) purposes. All cases, companies, people, data and scenarios in the Service are fictional, and any resemblance to real organisations, individuals or data is purely coincidental.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your use of the Service; restrictions; accounts
The Service is a set of materials and content made available by PrepCatapult to help you prepare for consulting-firm assessments and interviews. You may access and use the Service only as described in these Terms.
You will only use the Service to further your own professional, educational or personal advancement. You will not use it for any other purpose, including any commercial purpose. You will not use the Service: (a) for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law; (b) to infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual-property rights; (c) to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against any person; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to upload or transmit any malicious code; (f) to collect or track the personal information of others; (g) to spam, phish, spider, crawl or scrape; or (h) to interfere with or circumvent the security or integrity of the Service, including any usage limits, single-session controls or anti-abuse measures. You will not use the Service in any way that damages, interferes with or inhibits our ability to provide the Service or conduct our business.
Fair and honest use. The Service is provided for your own practice and preparation. You must not use it to cheat in, or to gain an unfair or improper advantage during, any live assessment, interview or selection process, or in any way that breaches the rules, policies or integrity requirements of any assessment provider, employer or educational institution. You remain solely responsible for complying with those rules.
Protecting the Content. The Content is confidential and is made available to you strictly for your own personal preparation. You will not, and will not permit or assist any other person to, reproduce, duplicate, copy, screenshot, photograph, record, download, republish, transmit, distribute, display, disclose, sell, resell, sub-licence, reverse-engineer, or attempt to discover, extract or replicate any underlying prompts, models, scoring logic or system behaviour, or otherwise exploit any part of the Content, the Service, or access to it, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Consequences of breach. Any breach of this Section is a material breach of these Terms. You acknowledge that unauthorised copying, recording, distribution or disclosure of the Content may cause us serious and irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would be an inadequate remedy, and that we are therefore entitled to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy available to us. Without limiting our other rights, on any such breach we may immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice and without refund, you will forfeit any unused Case Credits, and you will be liable to us for all losses, damages and costs we incur as a result (including our reasonable legal costs and any revenue or profit attributable to the breach). You will also indemnify us in accordance with Section 16 for any such breach.
Accounts. You will create only one Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You will not allow or enable any other person to access the Service through your Account, or share the Service or any Content with another person. To protect the Content and ensure fair use, we may apply technical measures including a single active session per Account, limits on the number of attempts per Case, and email watermarking of review materials, all as described on the Site.
5. Case Credits, packages, pricing and payment
Access to Cases is purchased using Case Credits. Except where stated otherwise on the Site, each Case Credit entitles you to access one Case, including its scored review, subject to the usage limits described on the Site.
- Packages, prices and contents are those displayed on the Site and at checkout at the time of your order. We may change our packages, their contents and our prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Taxes are included or added as shown at checkout.
- Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase may also be subject to the payment provider's terms.
- Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@prepcatapult.com. Chargebacks or payment disputes raised in bad faith or without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of any Case Credits.
- Case Credits are personal to you, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed for money. Case Credits remain valid for the period (if any) stated on the Site.
- Any bonus or promotional access included with a purchase (for example, promotional access to other PrepCatapult products) is provided on the terms described at the time of purchase, is time-limited, and does not renew or convert into a paid subscription unless you separately choose to purchase one.
6. Referral programme
We may offer a referral programme allowing you to earn a reward when a person you refer makes a qualifying purchase. The reward, eligibility and qualifying conditions are those described on the referral page at the relevant time. Referral rewards are personal, have no cash value, and may not be obtained through self-referral, multiple or fake accounts, or any other abuse or manipulation. We may vary, suspend or withdraw the referral programme, and withhold or reverse rewards obtained in breach of these Terms, at any time.
7. Intellectual property and licence
All Content and all intellectual-property rights in the Service are owned by Jardine Consulting Group or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own interview preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You obtain no ownership of any Content.
If you provide us with any comments, feedback or suggestions ("Feedback"), we may use the Feedback freely, without restriction and without any obligation or compensation to you.
8. Automated and AI-assisted scoring
Scores, bands, breakdowns and reviews provided through the Service are generated using automated and AI-assisted grading and are provided for practice and guidance only. They are indicative, may contain errors, and are not verified or endorsed by any consulting firm. They are not a measurement, prediction or guarantee of your performance in any real assessment, interview or selection process.
The Content and any AI output are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, career, legal, financial or other advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and use them.
9. No guarantee of outcomes
The Service is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee that using it will result in your passing any assessment, obtaining an interview, or receiving any job offer.
10. Your content; recorded answers; personal data
The Service may allow you to submit responses, including recorded video answers ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display your User Content solely to: (a) operate and provide the Service to you; (b) generate your score and review; (c) detect and prevent fraud, abuse or breaches of these Terms; and (d) comply with our legal obligations. Recorded video answers are used only to generate your review and are not published or shared. You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive or misleading, or that contains any third party's personal information without a lawful basis. Our handling and retention of any personal data in your User Content is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Data, analytics and continuous improvement
You acknowledge and agree that we may collect, process and analyse data arising from your use of the Service — including your responses, answers, scores, interactions and usage and device data — in order to operate, secure, analyse, maintain, improve and develop the Service, including improving our cases, scoring methods, models and AI-assisted grading, and to produce internal reporting and statistics.
We may create anonymised and/or aggregated data from the above (data that does not identify you) and may use, retain and disclose such anonymised or aggregated data for any lawful business purpose, including research, benchmarking, analytics, marketing and product development, without restriction. Our processing of any personal data is described in, and governed by, our Privacy Policy.
12. Refunds, cancellation and right of withdrawal
The Service consists of digital content and digital services supplied to you immediately. All sales are final and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all fees are non-refundable.
By purchasing a Case Credit and opening or accessing a Case, you request and expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the Case (including its review, exhibits and solutions) is made available to you as soon as you access it and cannot be "un-accessed". Because even brief access delivers the full benefit of the Content, no refund, credit or exchange will be given once a Case has been accessed, whether or not you complete it.
Consumer withdrawal rights: where you are a consumer with a non-excludable statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, that right is not affected by these Terms; however, by starting or accessing a Case you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose any such right for that Case, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Accuracy of billing and account information
The information you provide in connection with your Account and any purchase must be accurate and kept up to date. If we make a change to, or cancel, an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.
14. Third-party services
The Service may use third-party services and tools (for example, payment processing, hosting, email and AI-grading providers). Where you interact with a third-party service you may be subject to that third party's terms and policies. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, your dealings with any third party.
15. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty, representation, condition or guarantee of any kind (including as to the results of your use of the Service), whether express, implied or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including of merchantability, quality, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose, and do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Jardine Consulting Group or its directors, officers, employees, affiliates or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Jardine Consulting Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
17. Suspension, termination and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may refuse to provide, or may suspend or terminate, the Service to any person for any lawful reason, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and close your Account. If we suspend or terminate your access due to a material breach of these Terms — in particular a breach of the Content-protection, single-account or anti-abuse provisions — you may forfeit any unused Case Credits and will not be entitled to a refund, to the extent proportionate to the breach. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including those on no affiliation, intellectual property, scoring and outcomes, data, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Unauthorised use of content
The cases, exhibits, questions, model answers, scoring and other materials on PrepCatapult have been developed with considerable care to give candidates the best possible preparation for their assessments. This content, and the intellectual property in it, is made available solely as between PrepCatapult and you as an individual. Sharing, distributing, reproducing or otherwise making the content or any related intellectual property available to third parties is strictly forbidden.
These measures protect the confidentiality of the content and the integrity of the Service, in the interest of all customers. To that end, review materials and other parts of the Service carry per-user watermarks and embedded identifiers, and we keep access logs; these may be used to identify the source of any unauthorised copy or disclosure, and you agree not to remove, obscure or circumvent them.
In the event that any Case, or a substantial part of it, is reproduced, recorded, distributed or disclosed to a third party in breach of these Terms, the responsible party will incur liquidated damages of USD 5,000 per Case, representing a reasonable pre-estimate of the resulting loss rather than a penalty. Where our actual loss, or any profit derived from the breach, is greater, we may instead elect to recover that loss or profit. Any liability under this Section is in addition to our other rights and remedies and is not subject to any limitation of liability elsewhere in these Terms.
19. Copyright and takedown
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe any Content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@prepcatapult.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is located; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We may remove allegedly infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
20. Governing law; general
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in, and to the mandatory protections of the law of, your country of residence, and nothing in this Section removes those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
